Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants, which fight free radicals that damage the skin. Antioxidants can make the skin look smoother and give it a healthy glow. Fruits and vegetables are also rich in fiber, which can help bind to toxins in the body and eliminate them through the digestive system.
Drink Plenty of Water
Water should be the number one tool in your skin care routine. Water keeps the skin moisturized and soft, helping to prevent the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. It also keeps the skin plump and smooth.
