Man Sues Wife Over Ugly Baby - Unaware She Had Plastic Surgery

OK say you are a guy and you meet, what you believe to be, this beautiful woman. You fall completely head over heels in love with her, as she is so gorgeous. Little do you know that underneath all that beauty was extensive plastic surgery that drastically changed her appearance to the gorgeous woman you now have, but she never tells you?

You take her out and show her off to all your friends. People can see you are with one of the most beautiful women in the room. Everything is going great, or so you thought, with your most gorgeous wife and her great genes, which are just like you. You expect to spend the rest of your lives together, and so you get married. Wanting to take things to a higher level and to solidify your marriage, beautiful children can only complete this fairy tale. Next thing you know, she’s pregnant and your soon to be the father of this beautiful baby boy or girl!

But wait, and to your surprise, that baby, your baby girl doesn’t look a thing like either of you!  The doctor has to have made a mistake, as this baby is too ugly to be yours. How could it be, I have a beautiful wife and as far as you’re concerned, you’re a great looking man! Of course, at this point, the obvious thing to do when you have an ugly baby is to accuse your wife of cheating. You demand to know who the real father is and you are pissed!

This true story is exactly what happened to Jian Feng, a man from Northern China who has sued his wife for being ugly! By the way, he won! Apparently, having bad genes, in China, is good enough grounds for a divorce, so much so that Jian Feng was awarded a six figure sum of money.

His wife admitted she had gone under $100,000 worth of extensive plastic surgery before they met. These pictures indicate she might have had a nose jobblepharoplasty for Asian eyes, and perhaps corrective jaw surgery.

After the DNA test proved, Jian Feng was indeed the father of this ugly baby girl; he demanded a divorce on the grounds of being tricked into marrying his princess under “false pretences”. He claimed his wife misled him by not telling him about her plastic surgery before they got married.

The Irish Examiner reported that he stated, "I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.”

Agreeing that Mr. Feng’s good-looking DNA was flawless and that his wife deceived him by not telling him about her alterations to the face, the judge awarded Mr. Feng $120,000 along with granting him the divorce.

I’m inclined to agree with Babble’s Holler. She could probably file her own false pretense lawsuit with a request for even more damages. Having  married Mr. Feng who turned out to not be this loving, wonderful, good looking man, but instead was a horrible husband, father, and life partner.

By the way, Hats off to the plastic surgery doctor who performed her procedures with such skilled, crafted hands!
