Transgender beauty contestant Jenna Talackova will appear on ABC News' 20/20 Friday. She's talking about being disqualified from the 2012 Miss Universe Canada contest and about how her body has drastically changed in the past four years.
Talackova made national headlines after being disqualified from the Miss Universe Canada competition due to a a rule that only allows "naturally born females" to compete.
The Trump-owned organization eventually said Talackova could compete "provided she meets the legal gender recognition requirements of Canada, and the standards established by other international competitions."

In Friday's appearance Talackova says she was born a boy and always felt she was in the wrong body, until she underwent a sex change four years ago. The beauty queen admits she had her Adam's apple removed and got breast implants to finalized her look, according to the
NY Daily News.
"It was terribly painful," Talackova says during the 20/20 interview. "But seeing something on your body for that long and not being able to look at myself in the mirror because I couldn't stand seeing the other part, it was actually very rewarding, too."
