When you look at Cameron Diaz’s small breasts, the furthest thing from your mind is breast implants, but the newest internet buzz is the Charlie’s Angels star recently underwent breast augmentation surgery.

Several websites such as the Mail Online.com, Celebcosmeticsurgery.com and Radar Online are striking up the conversation after photos of the actress in a new bikini surfaced.

One doctor says her breasts appear a bit bustier. “I believe she has has a breast augmentation using relatively small silicone implants. Since swelling can take several weeks to settle down, I suspect she had the surgery at least two to three weeks ago,” said Dr Anthony Youn of Michigan.

Dr. Youn is not alone. Dr. Marcel Daniels tells Radar online, he believes Diaz went from a tiny A cup to a modest C. “In my opinion, she has had an augmentation and not just gained weight as she is thin as ever,” said Daniels in an interview with Radar Online. Daniels also credits the doctor who may have performed the surgery saying the breast implants looks very subtle.
