Britney Spears Plans to Have Plastic Surgery

Britney Spears has been busy with her “Femme Fatale” tour this summer but is planning to get some rest and even get plastic surgery when the tour wraps up. She got herself in great shape for the tour, dropping a few pounds and tightening up after her sudden weight gain after her pregnancy. Still, she is reportedly still “bothered” by some of her figure flaws and wants to get plastic surgery to fix them. A story in the Herald Sun states that Spears admits that her breasts are lopsided after her pregnancy, and it seemed more noticeable when she was wearing her revealing outfits on tour.

A source tells the Herald Sun, “It’s been bothering her for a while, especially since she saw pictures of herself with no bra and felt it was fairly noticeable.” Some of Spears’ recent photos from her “Femme Fatale” tour do make her breasts appear asymmetrical.

Plastic surgeons can now fix asymmetrical breasts using a very simple breast lift technique that adds volume and manipulates the breast tissues to create a more uniform appearance. If you have a similar problem as Spears and have been thinking about going under the knife, set up a consultation with a plastic surgeon in your area. Your surgeon can show you some before and after photos of procedures that have corrected asymmetry of the breasts, and make a recommendation based on your goals.

According to recent stories about Britney Spears’ proposed plastic surgery plans, she has already consulted with a Louisiana-based plastic surgeon to undergo a procedure that would cost just over $15,000. She has agreed to speak with a psychologist before undergoing the procedure to ensure that she is in the right frame of mind to make such a drastic change to her appearance, and to deal with the various outcomes and side effects associated with surgery.

Many plastic surgeons now recommend that the patient undergoes a mental health evaluation when they are having a drastic plastic surgery procedure – especially something like a mommy makeover, full body lift or even breast implants – because they need to be mentally prepared for the change and in the right state of mind to have surgery. It’s also important to have realistic expectations about the outcome of your procedure. Looking at plastic surgery before and after photos can help you learn more about the procedure and get a better idea of what to expect.
