Body Jet Water Assisted Liposuction Now Available in Canada

Body Jet water assisted liposuction is already making waves in the United States, and has recently been introduced to medical centers and plastic surgery clinics in Canada. Dr. Sean Brian Rice is the first plastic surgeon in the country to offer Body Jet water assisted liposuction to patients, and is reporting exceptional results.

The innovative liposuction technique uses the power of pulsated water to dislodge the fat from the treatment area before it gets removed. This is an alternative to laser-based procedures that run the risk of burning the skin and tissues, and works by preserving the blood vessels and nerves for a more favorable outcome. The average healing time is between two and five days, depending on how much fat has been extracted, and there is little risk of indentations on the surface of the skin after the procedure. Once the fat has been removed, the patient does not regain the fat in the treated area when they put on weight.
