Office locations in suburban Indianapolis at the new Indiana University Health West Hospital in Avon Indiana. Strategically located in the Women's Center of the hospital in the OLOGY spa, which is a superb faciity that integrate an Eastern spa environment and services with that of the latest technologies and treatment offerings of Western plastic and cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Office hours are six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Most cosmetic surgeries are performed at the Meridian Plastic Surgery Center located in northern Indianapolis, right down the street from the Clarian North Medical Center.
