This 73 year-old female from Brownsburg Indiana was bothered by her deep nasolabial folds or lip-cheek grooves. While she fully acknowledged that a facelift procedure would be far more effective for her and improve many of her aging and sagging tissues, she did not want surgery. She was willing to accept that injectable fillers in the lip-cheek grooves would only produce a mild softening of her very deep grooves. Dr. Barry Eppley, Indianapolis plastic surgeon, injected 1cc of Juvederm into each lip-cheek groove down to the corner of the mouth.
