This 18 year-old female from Indianapolis Indiana wanted breast implants since she never developed any significant breast tissue. She also had a left-sided sternal deformity with her chest having a slightly sunken in appearance. Her rounded shoulder posture accentuated that problem and her very small chest appearance. Dr. Barry Eppley, Indianapolis plastic surgeon, placed saline breast implants through armpit incisions. Not only did this improve her breast size but it also helped camouflage her underlying sternal deformity.
