You make sure I'm comfortable and my needs are met. Sometimes I'm nervous when I arrive but I leave at ease and you play a big role in that. Heather, I really appreciate your pleasant energy and kindness. You've always answered my questions with kindness and when I send emails, you are quick to reply. You may have forgotten (but I didn't) about the time I was in one of the exam rooms waiting to be seen by Dr. Hakki, who was especially busy that day. You brought me a magazine to read. As small of a gesture it may seem, it kept me entertained! LoL! Evelyn, Vince and surgical staff, thank you so much for making sure I stayed comfy before and after my surgery. Evelyn, I was nervous and you were comforting. Vince, thanks for asking me pre-surgery questions about anesthesia and knocking me out cold. I do recall two other women, (possibly nurses?) In the operating room but was getting drowsy and only remember their smiles.
