Ask A Doctor Question:

Hello, I have been lifting weight for a while, and I would like to start a new diet and check what is the best food to eat and what supplements I should take. So I would like to know if you guys do this kind of treatment and if yes, how much is to make an appointment ? Thank you.

We provide this kind of treatment and guidance.  The cost for our comprehensive Initial Assessment which includes a body composition analysis with the Inbody 520 machine is $475 for 1.5 hour consultation.  The doctor will discuss recommendations for supplements, nutrition and will address other areas of concern based on lab results as well.

The type of diet would have to reflect your exercise regimen, gender, age, and amount of weight to lose. We are a result driven clinic that use a number of tools to reach long term success including; hormone optimization, nutrient supplementation, dietary changes, peptide therapies and exercise. We have our own HIIT (high intensity interval training) center that we suggest our clients utilize. The cost for the program will depend on the components needed and if you commit for 1,3, or 6 months. I have constructed a program called the 5 & 2 weight management system which is for committed clients that are determined to make dieting a thing of the past and normally costs between $249-499 per month. This is the same approach to eating that I take and have found that clients who transition this as their lifestyle have the best chances for weight maintenance. We are a walk in friendly facility so feel free to come check out our office and fitness studio. Thanks for your inquiry.
