Your blood type is A, B, AB, or O and is either RH positive or negative.   Blood type will not hinder your chances of getting pregnant, but can complicate your pregnancy.  Women who are RH negative are treated with Rhogam during their pregnancies to prevent the development of antibodies forming from a RH positive baby.  RH negative women can use their husband's sperm whether he is RH positive or negative.
