This technique is especially effective for people with disorders or diseases related to a nervous system imbalance such as excessive anxiety, panic attacks or depression.
Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT): This technique involves the placement of padded blocks directly under the pelvis so that the tension created by this position helps to adjust the spine and neck areas naturally. The technique may be accompanied by a light shoulder or neck massage to increase circulation and restore healthy nerve functioning throughout the body.
Logan Basic Technique: This technique involves applying gentle pressure at the base of the spine. Gentle, sustained pressure in this area can help to correct the rest of the spine in some cases, making this a valuable technique for spinal adjustments.
