What is a Non Surgical Rhinoplasty?

A Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Job) involves injecting a certain compound, known as an injectable filler, into your nose to correct the area in question. The outcome is a very smooth, natural-looking nose.

What are the Types of Injectable Fillers Used During the Non Surgical Rhinoplasty?

You can have Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results (my personal preference), but temporary fillers like Radiesse, Juvederm, and Restylane have been used for nasal enhancement. The choice of filler depends on the preference, and experience of your physician. I have been using Silikon-1000 in the nose for over 12 years and have had wonderful success, and many happy patients.

For example, your nose may have a bump on your profile view. Filling above and below the bump will improve your profile, so it’s straight and less distracting. If your nose has a profile-bump, but is too large, then a surgical rhinoplasty would likely be the best way to proceed. Injectable Fillers will never make a large nose, smaller.

A crooked nasal appearance may be corrected with a non-surgical nose job, too. For example, if you have what looks like a curve when looking at the front view of your nose, I can fill the area and make it appear straighter, with an injectable filler. Below is a before and after picture of one of my former patients. Silikon-1000 was used to improve the appearance of her nose.

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty After a Bad Nose Job

Visible imperfections, after a previous rhinoplasty surgery, may be dramatically improved with a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Minimizing the appearance of rhinoplasty irregularities without additional surgery and downtime is one of the most rewarding procedures for my patients and me. Imperfections in your bridge, tip, and nostrils are often dramatically improved during an office visit, typically with no downtime.

Does the Non Surgical Rhinoplasty Hurt?

Your non-surgical rhinoplasty is performed painlessly with a topical anesthetic. You have no downtime, and normal activities are resumed immediately after this 20-minute procedure. If you’re an appropriate candidate for Silikon-1000, results are completely natural and permanent.

How to Chose the Right Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Expert

When considering a non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure, the experience of your physician is critical for achieving a desired result. The injections must be carefully placed at the correct depth. My experience with Silikon-1000 for non-surgical rhinoplasty procedures has been outstanding, and my patients' satisfaction has been very high. Several treatments are typically necessary to achieve complete correction of most conditions, and treatment intervals are monthly or longer.
