Kim Kardashian continues to be among the most talked-about and watched Hollywood celebrities and is famous for her curvy figure. Rumors that Kardashian has had butt implants continue to run through the media season after season, but the starlet has stated that she has not had any type of butt augmentation procedure. How does Kim Kardashian maintain that curvy figure and shapely rear? She claims that most of it is genetics and she also maintains a consistent workout routine.
Kim Kardashian’s Rumored Butt Implants
In this brief interview with ABC Nightline, Kim Kardashian denies that she has had any butt implants or cosmetic surgery to enhance the appearance or increase the size of her butt. Kardashian states, “Those are just rumors, I don’t think I’ll ever outlive them. For the record, no butt implants. No butt injections, no anything to my butt”.
Kim states that she has never had any type of plastic surgery, but admits to having Botox injections occasionally to maintain her youthful appearance.

Celebrity Plastic Surgery Trends: The Brazilian Butt Lift
Even though Kim Kardashian has confirmed that she does not have butt implants or undergone the Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, many celebrities are still heading to their favorite plastic surgeon for this popular procedure.
Interestingly enough, women who work out diligently or too hard may also be good candidates for butt implants. According to Dr. Mendieta, a board-certified surgeon near Miami, Florida, “Women who work out very hard tend to lose the natural curve and shape of their rears.” As a result, plastic surgeons like Dr. Mendieta may use silicone implants to create a fuller, rounder appearance, or use a fat transfer technique that involves harvesting the fat from the thighs and other areas of the body, and injecting it right into the buttocks.
Dr. Mendieta points out that demand for butt augmentation procedures isn’t limited to just women. In 2004, about two percent of male plastic surgery patients were asking about buttock augmentation. By 2006, approximately 47 percent of inquiries from men were for the butt implant or buttock augmentation procedure.”
American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) statistics show that demand for buttock augmentation surgery increased by 37% in 2009, an increase of about 12.4% from the previous year. Approximately 5% more buttock lifts and 1% more buttock implant procedures were performed in 2010 than in 2009.
