Regional advertisements are available to link your practice and website within a specific zone and include individual enhancements such as web & map links, doctor's photo, email link, practice description and bold listing of the practice. These enhancements can also be separate from the regional banner ad. Costs would depend upon your intended area of exposure for the practice and the demographics of that particular area.

Is there a cost to have a FOLIO page? What about procedures performed, education & insurance?

There is no cost to have a Folio page, by listing your procedures performed, education, and insurance you invite a potential patient to contact your office for service! However, all doctors who complete a Folio page are encouraged to take advantage of the great marketing opportunities that exist within LocateADoc.com. For a minimal fee, your Folio page will become an enhanced listing. This listing will allow direct contact between a potential patient and your office staff via e-mail and website link. It will also provide enhanced exposure throughout your current marketing region. This is another example of how we strive to be very patient friendly.

Yes! Not only can you have each doctor listed, but you will also increase the total number of exposures and clicks into your practice website link as a result! Each listing provides a given doctor in your practice his or her own unique individual presence and exposure. Multiple office listings for a practice will increase your marketing range in the selected region(s). What are the differences in marketing tiers/levels on your site?

We have 4 tiers/levels for doctor listings:
- The 1st tier listings are doctors who have purchased an enhanced listing for exclusive marketing in their city and zip code. (These are the doctors listed as experts in their respective medical field and market. They receive our many prequalified patient leads!)
- The 2nd tier listings are for those doctors who have purchased an enhanced listing separately.
- The 3rd tier of listings are for those doctors who have links with our corporate partners such as ISRS, etc. Usually they will not have a web link or e-mail link for patient referrals. The 3rd tier listings will also display the regional banner advertisers along with those doctors who have elected to remain at the 3rd tier level. (Generally, patients respond to the enhanced doctor listings first as these provide more information about a doctor and have a direct link to his web page and practice e-mail address.)
- The 4th and final tier will include all listings from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd tiers as well as the remaining FREE basic listings in that city. (4th tier listings are similar to generic yellow page listings; patients are exposed to our featured doctors before they can view the generic listings)

What are Banner Ads and Enhanced Listings?

A Banner Ad is a regionalized ad that a doctor/practice can use to market themselves. Banner Ads are custom designed to go right along with design of the doctor's web site. A Banner Ad can be placed in any desired region or regions, as well as specialty sections, depending on what type of audience the doctor would like to get in front of. Banner Ads are a great way to market not only to the city where his/her practice is found, but also the surrounding region or regions which the doctor would like to draw patients from. The Banner ad serves as a link to the doctor's folio page (contact form). Once the potential patient fills out the contact form, they are then given a link to the that doctor's web site. Enhanced Listings can be purchased separately, or come included with the purchase of Regional Banner Ad. Enhancements include web site link, email link, map link, photograph, practice description and a custom designed FOLIO WEB PAGE, where each doctor can list additional information about his/her procedure and services.

What are the costs for your Enhanced listing advertising?

Option #1 - We will place an ad that will identify your practice any time a search is done in your marketing zone. You will receive the name, address, phone numbers, and email addresses of patients who have clicked on your advertisement or who register with LocateADoc during a given marketing campaign in your zone. This will all be done for a one payment, one-year agreement. Cost is based upon the specialties and regions that you desire to market. Please call for availabilty. (Provides unlimited patient leads)
Option #2 - Our NEW "Pay Per Lead Program", will give you the option of only paying for the leads that you receive. We will set up the same advertisement and functions as option #1 except, the advertisement will have a direct link to your Portfolio web page which will have questions that prequalify potential patients for you. An annual administrative fee is paid upfront and then your practice will only pay for those leads which you receive a 'per lead' basis.

We are well aware that being able to view statistical data is a key component to evaluating the effectiveness of a marketing program. We supply all of our doctors with a detailed report, consisting of advertisement EXPOSURES, CLICKS into the doctor's folio web page, and most importantly, the amount of and name of those PATIENTS that fill out the doctor's "contact form" and then enter the doctor's web site. The hosting of your web site is very important. If we host your web site, we can also supply you with a very detailed monthly report that breaks down your site traffic into different categories and easy to read graphs. The information inside these reports will enable you to make educated future marketing decisions that were impossible to make in the past. So to answer your question, ... yes, we most certainly do!
